Arrival Time: Please arrive 20 minutes prior to departure (by 7:40 AM) to allow time for check-in and boarding.
Location: Kewalo Basin Harbor, Slip F28, just minutes from Waikīkī and Ala Moana.
Check-In Process: Look for the Hawaii Nautical sign outside our slip.
Parking: Paid parking is available at Kewalo Basin Harbor. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot and walk to the slip.
Boarding: Boarding closes 10 minutes before departure. Guests arriving late may not be able to join the tour.

Yes. Paid parking is available at Kewalo Basin Harbor. We recommend arriving early to allow time to park and check in.

Hawaiian green sea turtles (honu) are frequently seen at our Turtle Canyon snorkel site. While wildlife sightings can’t be guaranteed, we proudly offer our Turtle Guarantee — if you don’t see a turtle, you’re invited to come again free of charge!

Reef-safe sunscreen (no sprays, please apply before getting onboard)

Our catamaran is large and very stable, which helps minimize motion on the water. Most guests experience little to no seasickness. If you start to feel unwell, our trained crew is happy to assist and will do their best to make you comfortable throughout the trip.

If your tour is cancelled due to the captain’s discretion and/or weather, then you will receive a full refund or option to re-book your tour on another date based on availability. Guests cancelling their tour reservations 48 hours or more prior to departure are eligible to receive a full refund or can elect to re-book the tour on another date based on availability. Trip Protection is now available. For a small fee Trip Protection can be added to any booking allowing cancellation up to just 1 hour prior to departure! Trip Protection can be purchased at check-out. Guests who are not purchasing Trip Protection and cancelling their tour reservations less than 48 hours prior to departure are not eligible for a refund and will forfeit 100% of their payment.
